A negative PCR result applies only to the submitted sample and does not prove that the animal is free from the pathogen.

Add the animal’s species, name, sex and birth details during the order. Its record is created as part of ordering, and each animal is kept separate.
Create an account or sign in during the order, then enter the delivery address for the prepared sample kit.
ERHR confirms the sampling method, assigns a unique Sample ID and sends a kit with the appropriate materials and instructions.
The owner or a veterinarian collects the sample as instructed with the kit. Check that the Sample ID matches the animal, then return it as directed.
The external veterinary laboratory performs the selected PCR investigations. Customers and veterinarians cannot enter results manually; results are registered only through the controlled ERHR workflow.
After the laboratory result has been checked and registered, it appears under My Reptiles. The owner is notified, and the test report receives a unique Report ID that can be verified on this website.
After ordering, you receive the required materials and clear instructions for sample collection, identification, handling and return.
